Ingredients
1 cup 7 Year Aged Cheddar, shredded
1/2 cup English-Style Cheddar, shredded
4 oz. cream cheese
1/4 cup sour cream
2 Tbsp. garlic powder
2 Tbsp. crushed red pepper
2 Tbsp. Calabrian Chili Orange Spread

Directions
Combine the shredded 7 Year Aged Cheddar, English-Style Cheddar, cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, crushed red pepper, and Calabrian Chili Orange Spread in a crockpot
Cook on low for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Once the cheese is fully melted and the mixture is smooth, turn the heat to warm until ready to serve.
While the dip is cooking, preheat oven to 375° F. Line a sheet and with parchment paper and arrange prosciutto evenly across. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until prosciutto is nice and crispy. Let cool slightly and crumble.
Top with crumbled Prosciutto Americano and serve with Mini Toasts, fresh vegetables, or tortilla chips.
