This lighter version of traditional blue cheese dressing is just as delicious - and a perfect addition to salads, grilled veggies, and sandwiches.

Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 1/2 cup Maytag Blue Cheese Crumbles
- 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
- 2 tsp sugar
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
- Add olive oil, minced garlic, Maytag Blue Cheese Crumbles, vinegar, and sugar to a blender. Combine until smooth.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. If dressing is too thick, add water until you reach desired consistency.
