Jalapeño Poppers

These savory, spicy jalapeño peppers stuffed with a Maytag Garlic & Herb Cheese Spread and Pepper Jack mixture are as easy to enjoy as they are to make!

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375° F. Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.
  2. Halve the jalapeños lengthwise, then scoop out the seeds and place on the baking sheet.
  3. Mix Maytag Garlic & Herb Cheese Spread, shredded Pepper Jack, and seasonings in a bowl. Once combined, spread the mixture evenly onto the jalapeño halves. 
  4. Bake for 20 minutes, or until the peppers are tender. Top with additional Maytag Pepper Jack and chopped bacon and bake for 5 minutes, until the cheese is melty.
