These savory, spicy jalapeño peppers stuffed with a Maytag Garlic & Herb Cheese Spread and Pepper Jack mixture are as easy to enjoy as they are to make!
Ingredients
- 12 jalapeño peppers
- 7 oz. Maytag Garlic & Herb Cheese Spread
- 1/2 cup Maytag Pepper Jack, shredded
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Bacon, crumbled
- Green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 375° F. Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.
- Halve the jalapeños lengthwise, then scoop out the seeds and place on the baking sheet.
- Mix Maytag Garlic & Herb Cheese Spread, shredded Pepper Jack, and seasonings in a bowl. Once combined, spread the mixture evenly onto the jalapeño halves.
- Bake for 20 minutes, or until the peppers are tender. Top with additional Maytag Pepper Jack and chopped bacon and bake for 5 minutes, until the cheese is melty.
