Baked until perfectly golden, each slice of our Maytag Blue Cheese Quiche offers a sophisticated taste that will make it a standout on any table!
Ingredients
- 1 unbaked 8" pie shell
- 8 oz. Maytag Blue Cheese, crumbled (room temperature)
- 4 oz. cream cheese (room temperature)
- 6 Tbsp milk
- 2 Tbsp chives, chopped
- 4 eggs
Directions
Preheat oven to 450F. Place the pie shell in a pie dish and bake until golden brown and cooked thoroughly (about 10-12 minutes); let cool. Reduce oven to 325F.
In a mixing bowl, combine Maytag Blue Cheese and cream cheese. Add milk and chives. Beat with an electric mixer until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating after each egg. Pour mixture into pie shell. Bake at 325F for 30 minutes or until almost set.
Allow the quiche to cool for 15 minutes prior to serving.
