Whether you are drizzling it over a cobb salad or dipping your wings in it, this homemade Maytag Blue Cheese dressing is sure to bring an extra layer of flavor to any dish.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt or sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 4 oz. Maytag Blue Cheese Crumbles
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp parsley, chopped
- 1 Tbsp fresh chives, chopped
- 1/2 tsp dried dill
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 Tbsp
- Salt & pepper to taste
Directions
Whisk all ingredients together in a medium bowl, saving some of the blue cheese for topping. Add milk as needed to reach desired consistency.
Taste and add additional blue cheese, lemon juice, salt and pepper as desired. For best flavor and consistency, chill for 30 minutes prior to serving.
Store dressing in the refrigerator for up to five days.
