Creamy, savory, and comforting - this Steak Alfredo with Maytag Blue Cheese brings bold flavor right to your table.

Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Ribeye steaks
- 1/2 cup + 2 Tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 lb. fettucine
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 1/2 cups Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 4 oz. Maytag Blue Cheese Crumbles
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 Tbsp fresh parsley

Season the steaks with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a large cast iron skillet over medium heat. Add the steak, searing for 4 minutes, then add 2 Tbsp butter. Flip the steak and sear for 4 more minutes, then remove from heat.
- While the steak is resting, boil your noodles in salted water. Cook according to package directions, then drain.
- In a medium pot, add butter and heavy cream. Heat on medium until bubbling, then turn the heat to low. Stir in Parmesan cheese and garlic powder, mixing until the cheese is melty.
- Add the Maytag Blue Cheese Crumbles, stirring on low heat until incorporated. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Add the cooked pasta to the Alfredo sauce and mix until combined. Cut the steak into strips and place on top of the plated pasta. Garnish with additional Maytag Blue Cheese Crumbles and fresh parsley and serve!
