Located on University Avenue in West Des Moines, Iowa, this restaurant and brewery offers a variety of items, including unique beers and delicious comfort food. We tried their Maytag Burger, a flavor-packed burger with 2 beef patties, blackened seasoning, Maytag Blue Cheese, balsamic mushrooms and onions, and lemon peppercorn aioli served on an everything bagel bun.
This was the ultimate burger, with layers of bold, rich flavor. Zesty lemon aioli spread on a well-seasoned burger patty and topped with Maytag Blue Cheese created a sharp, creamy bite. The mushrooms and onions were tender, adding subtle savory notes that complemented the tang of Maytag Blue. An everything bagel bun was the perfect last touch for an elevated take on a classic hamburger.
