Ingredients
- 1 lb. Brussels sprouts, halved
- 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 4 oz. Maytag Blue Cheese crumbles
- 3 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
- Balsamic glaze
Directions
Preheat the oven to 425 F. Toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic salt, and pepper. Roast for 15 minutes, stir, and roast for another 10-15 minutes or until brown and crisp.
Sprinkle with Maytag Blue Cheese crumbles and broil for 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melty.
Remove from the oven, top with crispy bacon, and drizzle with balsamic glaze.
