Creamy, tangy ad flavorful, this Maytag Blue Cheese Potato Salad is sure to be a hit at your next potluck, picnic or grill out.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs. red potatoes, washed and cubed
- 6 slices bacon
- 4 oz. Maytag Blue Cheese Crumbles
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp vinegar
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
In a large pot, bring water to a boil, add cubed potatoes and cook until tender.
Cook bacon according to the package or until crispy, then cut into pieces.
In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, vinegar, onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Fold this dressing into potatoes and mix until well coated. Add green onions, Maytag Blue Cheese and bacon. Refrigerate for 30 minutes prior to serving. This recipe serves six people. Enjoy!
