  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Place flatbread on a baking sheet and lightly brush with olive oil.
  3. Sprinkle the shredded Maytag Baby Swiss evenly across the flatbread.
  4. Arrange the sliced pears on the flatbread, slightly overlapping each one.
  5. Top with chopped Prosciutto Americano and finish with a sprinkle of crumbled Maytag Blue Cheese.
  6. Bake for 8-12 minutes, or until the edges are crisp and the cheese is melty.
  7. Remove from oven and drizzle with Maytag Honey. Slice and serve warm.
