Ingredients
- 1 flatbread or naan
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 2 oz. Maytag Baby Swiss, shredded
- 2-3 slices Prosciutto Americano, chopped
- 1/2 medium pear, thinly sliced
- 2 oz. Maytag Blue Cheese, crumbled
- Maytag Honey, to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Place flatbread on a baking sheet and lightly brush with olive oil.
