Salad Ingredients
- 5 cups arugula
- 2-3 ripe peaches, sliced
- 4 slices Prosciutto Americano, chopped
- 1/2 cup walnuts, roughly chopped
- 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 oz. Maytag Blue Cheese Crumbles
Honey Lemon Vinaigrette Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 1/2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp Maytag Honey
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Directions
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, Maytag Honey, Dijon mustard, and salt and pepper until combined.
- Toss arugula with half the dressing in a large salad bowl. Top with sliced peaches, Prosciutto Americano, chopped walnuts, red onion, and Maytag Blue Cheese Crumbles.
