Add a festive fall twist to a classic party dish with Maytag Pumpkin Deviled Eggs, made with a cheesy, tangy filling featuring Maytag Sharp Cheddar Cheese Spread.
Ingredients
- 12 large eggs
- 2 oz. Maytag Sharp Cheddar Cheese Spread
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 2 tsp paprika
- Fresh chives, cut into small pieces
Directions
Place eggs in a pot and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil, then turn off heat and cover for 8 minutes. Remove eggs from pot and immediately place in ice water.
Once eggs are cooled, peel and cut in half lengthwise, then spoon out yolks into a separate, small bowl.
In the bowl the yolks, add Maytag Sharp Cheddar Cheese Spread, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt & pepper, and paprika and mash together. Spoon mixture evenly back into the egg whites. Garnish each egg with a chive "stem" and sprinkle with paprika.
