Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp Maytag Peach Pepper Jelly
- 2 oz. vodka
- 1/2 oz. lemon juice
- 3 oz. Prosecco
- Lemon & peach slices, for garnish
Directions
- Add Maytag Peach Pepper Jelly and lemon juice to a small bowl and whisk until the jelly has dissolved.
- Strain into a cocktail shaker, add vodka and ice, and shake lightly.
- Dip the rim of your serving glass into additional jelly, then roll in sugar to coat.
- Pour the cocktail into your glass over ice, then top with Prosecco. Garnish with a slice of lemon and peach.
