How to Make a Charcuterie Rose

How to Make a Charcuterie Rose

Turn your charcuterie spread into an elegant cheese board with these easy-to-make charcuterie roses. Perfect as a centerpiece, these roses make a beautiful addition to your board and are finished in 4 simple steps!

Step 1: Layer

Place a slice of meat on the rim of a wine glass, folded in half over the edge. Continue adding slices around the rim and have each piece overlap slightly.

Step 2: Build

Add 2-3 layers of meat slices, making sure to maintain the overlap with each layer. This technique will create a rose that has both volume and defined petal-like edges!

Step 3: Place

On a serving board, carefully turn the wine glass upside down and place where you would like your rose on the board. Gently lift the glass straight up.

Step 4: Enjoy!

Add your favorite Maytag Dairy Farms favorites, like Maytag Blue Cheese, to the board to serve with your charcuterie flowers. Enjoy this delicious pairing!
