Ingredients
- 6 ears of corn, shucked
- 6 Tbsp salted butter, softened
- 5 Tbsp buffalo sauce
- 4 oz. Maytag Blue Cheese Crumbles
Directions
Preheat your grill to medium heat. Coat each ear of corn with softened butter and grill for 8-10 minutes, turning to cook evenly.
In a small saucepan, heat remaining butter until melted, then add buffalo sauce and Maytag Blue Cheese Crumbles, saving 1-2 tablespoons for topping your corn. Allow the cheese to melt, stirring occasionally.
When the corn is sufficiently cooked, remove from the grill and brush with buffalo sauce mixture. Sprinkle remaining Maytag Blue Cheese on top of corn and serve warm. This recipe makes 6 servings.
