Bold Maytag Blue Cheese, sweet Fig Preserves, and crispy prosciutto turn a classic burger into a flavor-packed favorite.
Ingredients
- 4 oz. Maytag Blue Cheese
- La Quercia Prosciutto Americano
- 1/4 cup Maytag Old-Fashioned Fig Preserves
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 Tbsp. olive oil
Directions
Preheat oven to 375° F. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper and arrange prosciutto evenly across. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until prosciutto is nice and crispy.
Form ground beef into patties and season with salt, pepper, onion powder and garlic powder. Heat oil in a pan on medium-high heat, then cook patties for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until cooked until desired doneness.
To assemble burgers, spread Maytag Old-Fashioned Fig Preserves on bottom bun, top with your burger patty and finish with Maytag Blue Cheese and crispy prosciutto. This recipe makes 4 servings.
