Bold Maytag Blue Cheese, sweet Fig Preserves, and crispy prosciutto turn a classic burger into a flavor-packed favorite.
Ingredients
- 4 oz. Maytag Blue Cheese crumbles
- La Quercia Prosciutto Americano
- 1/4 cup Maytag Old-Fashioned Fig Preserves
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 Tbsp. olive oil
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper and arrange prosciutto evenly across. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until prosciutto is nice and crispy.
Form ground beef into patties and season with salt, pepper, onion powder and garlic powder. Heat oil in a pan on medium-high heat, then cook patties for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until cooked until desired doneness.
To assemble burgers, spread Maytag Fig Preserves on bottom bun, top with your burger patty and finish with Maytag Blue Cheese crumbles. This recipe makes 4 servings.
