Made with just two ingredients, Berkshire pork loin and sea salt, dry cured and traditionally sliced thin. A unique charcuterie experience made from shoulder and neck meat, also referred to as capocollo or capicola, the Berkshire Coppa balances the curing processed for prosciutto and salami to create a completely unique flavor experience.

Pork, sea salt, contains less than 2% of the following: turbinado sugar, cultured celery juice powder, natural flavoring, wine, garlic, lactic acid starter culture.

No hormones, no animal-by products, no nitrates or nitrites except for those naturally occurring in sea salt.
