Ingredients
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 4 oz. Maytag Blue Cheese Crumbles
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp parsley, finely chopped
Directions
Combine butter and Maytag Blue Cheese in a mixing bowl. Mix in salt, garlic and parsley until smooth and mixed thoroughly.
Transfer the butter mixture onto a sheet of wax paper and form into a cylinder. Wrap up the butter with the wax paper and twist both ends closed to keep the butter in place.
