Ingredients
- 8 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
- 3/4 cup Maytag Yellow Cheddar, shredded
- 2 Tbsp fresh chives, chopped
- 2 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 8 oz. Maytag Blue Cheese crumbles, room temperature
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Finely chopped pecans
Directions
In a mixing bowl, add cream cheese, shredded Maytag Yellow Cheddar, chopped fresh chives, Worcestershire sauce, Maytag Blue Cheese Crumbles, and salt.
Mix until the ingredients are well combined. Then, grab a cutting board and begin forming individual cheese truffle into 1-inch balls. Once all of the mixture has been formed into balls, place the board in the fridge for 30 minutes so the truffles can set.
