Whether you're drizzling it over a cobb salad or dipping your wings in it, this homemade Blue Cheese Dressing is sure to bring an extra layer of flavor to any dish.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 4 oz. Maytag Blue Cheese, crumbled
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp parsley
- 1 Tbsp fresh chives or minced green onions
- 1/2 tsp dried dill
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp salt & pepper
- 2 Tbsp milk
Directions
Whisk all ingredients together in a medium bowl, saving some of the blue cheese for topping. Add milk as needed to reach desired consistency.
Taste and add additional blue cheese, lemon juice, salt and pepper as desired. For best flavor and consistency, chill for 30 minutes prior to serving.
Store dressing in the refrigerator for up to five days.
