Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Maytag Blue Cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup flat-leaf parsley, chopped
- 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup buttermilk
- 1/4 tsp celery salt
- 4 cups of coleslaw mix
- 1/2 cup shredded carrot
- Salt & pepper to taste
Directions
Whisk together Maytag Blue Cheese, mayo, buttermilk, parsley, celery salt, and vinegary until combined.
Milk together coleslaw mix and carrot. Top with the Maytag Cheese dressing mixture. Stir to fully coat and combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Refrigerate to allow flavors to combine for an 1 hour or more. Serve cold.
